Find additional views on a small screen

Desktop navigation lists the views in the sidebar. The mobile tab bar shows Home, Cap table, Securities, Stakeholders, and More. Open More for Share classes, Round modeling, Exit scenarios, Needs attention, Reports, and Settings; History is also listed there.

The mobile header has Search and Issue security buttons. Wide tables scroll horizontally inside their table region. Scroll that region to reach quantities and row actions that are outside the visible columns.

Search and select a result

  1. Press Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K elsewhere. You can also press / when you are not typing in a field.
  2. Type a holder name, security label, class, saved scenario, or page name.
  3. Use the up and down arrow keys to move through results, then press Enter to open the selected result.
  4. Press Escape to close search.

Search uses the selected company. It does not search the records of all your companies together. Global search does not open over another active form dialog. Finish or close that dialog first.

Move through forms and return to a view

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. The app provides a Skip to main content control before navigation. In a dialog, focus stays within that dialog; Escape requests closure, subject to any operation that currently prevents closing.

Browser Back and Forward can return to earlier app views. Leaving a form is not a substitute for saving it. Attachment uploads and removals are separate immediate actions; see Manage attachments before assuming that closing a record form discards every change.

The public Docs and Guides libraries have a separate Find a topic search. That search filters articles and does not access your company records.
